Orders and Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipments. International orders may take longer, depending on the destination country. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

You’ll need to provide some basic information, such as your name, email address, and a password. Once your account is created, you can manage your orders, save your preferences, and receive special offers.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to update the shipping details. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase to avoid delays.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

No, we do not store any credit card information. All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway, and your financial details are never stored on our servers. You will need to re-enter your payment details with each purchase.

We’ll need a photo of the damaged product and the packaging, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
